Employers Choice Plus
Employers Choice Plus Gets New Look, New Strategy and Great New Results from Its Marketing Investment

Employers Choice Plus (ECP) is one of a new breed of Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) designed to help businesses of every size deal with the complexities of human resource management. By outsourcing such important functions as workers compensation, payroll, employee healthcare and benefits administration to Employers Choice Plus, company owners are better able to concentrate on their core objectives... looking after customers and growing their business.

Recently, John Cacaro, president of ECP, asked Justice & Young (J&Y) to create a new lead generation program for ECP's workers compensation programs. ECP has the ability to manage these insurance programs efficiently and also help businesses save substantially on their annual premiums.

J&Y designed a new AC3 mailer incorporating ECP's new logo and graphics to provide a more professional presentation and make it easier to respond. The mailing was directed to an expanded group of prospects in key target markets.

Results show the newly designed mailer has generated nearly double the response rate of previous mailers and set the stage for cross-selling additional services such as payroll and employ benefits management as well.

Cacaro, added, “We're very pleased with the way in which the Justice & Young team is helping us position our business for future growth. We have a well thought out marketing plan to follow and we're able to put more creative energy into projects like this mailing than we could before. They've renewed my belief in the power of good marketing. We're seeing the results every day.”

JUSTICE & YOUNG CELEBRATES 10 YEARS WITH NEW IDENTITY
Name Change Reflects Growth and Broader Range of Services

Justice and Young Marketing and Public RelationsTo mark our 10-year anniversary, Justice & Young (J&Y) is freshening up - with a face lift. Formerly known as Justice & Young Advertising and Public Relations, the agency now has a new name, Justice & Young Marketing and Public Relations. Partners Dale Justice and Gene Young felt that the new identity better represents the agency's full range of services that no longer just focus on advertising and public relations, but now include web design, branding and integrated marketing as well.

After working together at advertising agency Baer, Kemble and Spicer in 1977 for four years, Dale and Gene decided to start their own agency and recently celebrated 10 years in business together on July 1.

With more than 55 years of combined marketing experience under their belts, Dale and Gene have learned that, in today's world, advertising and public relations alone are not enough. Throughout the years, they have modified their methods to accommodate the constantly changing landscape of marketing communications. Together, they have succeeded in servicing their clients by combining thoughtful strategies with flawless execution.

“Over the years, we have learned to adapt our approach and messages to meet the needs of an ever-changing public,” said Gene Young. “Traditional marketing methods can still be effective, but when they are combined with other strategic tactics, the results can be outstanding.”

To bring this philosophy to fruition, J&Y has built a team that complements their approach to fully-integrated, strategic marketing. “We have developed our team based on the trends of our industry and t our clients needs,” said Young. “We have expertise in strategic development, public relations, on-line initiatives and traditional advertising disciplines.”

“I'm unconventional and outspoken, while Gene is systematic and contemplative,” said Dale Justice. “As a result, we compliment each other-anything I don't think of, he does, and vice versa. Our dynamic culture and outstanding team members lead to lively brainstorming sessions that result in great ideas for our clients and our marketing approach is insightful, strategic and successful.”
